On Tuesday, April 5 at 6:00 PM, author Leslie McCauley of East Palestine will visit the East Palestine Library to talk about her books Rise and Fall. Her novel Rise, released in 2019, won a Silver Medal and received a 5 Star review from Reader's Favorite for the Best Fiction - Suspense novel. It also won a Nashville Killers Silver Falchion award as well. Fall, the follow-up book to her debut novel was released in 2020.
