Cricut Cutting Machine Now Available

East Palestine Library now has a Cricut Cutting Machine! The Cricut is an electronic cutting, drawing, and engraving machine that uses an online design program to complete these features. The purchase of the Cricut Cutting machine, the Heat Press, and related tools are made possible from funds donated in memory of Dolores Green.
What does the library provide? The library will provide the Cricut Maker 3 and some of the accessories (weeding tools, scissors, cutting mats, etc.) We also provide a Heat Press 3 and a heat resistant pad.
What should I bring? We recommend bringing your own device to download and use Design Space on. You also need to bring your own materials (ex. vinyl) and transfer tape for applicable projects. The library cannot sell or provide the materials needed to create projects.
You can call 330-426-3778 or stop in to make an appointment with Ivy or Noreen, but feel free to try it out yourself if you feel confident in your abilities. A staff member will not be available at all times to assist you. Be patient with us, as we are also learning how to use a device that is also new to us.

New to Cricuts? We recommend downloading Cricut Design Space on your personal device and creating an account. Search for "Cricut Design Space" on your app store or visit http://design.cricut.com.
