East Palestine Memorial Public Library is open for business regular hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, February 5, 2022.
Dog Man Saturday program scheduled for Saturday, February 5 has been rescheduled for Saturday, February 19, 2022. Participants are welcome to stop in from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on the 19th.
The list of upcoming books that will be ordered in January, February, and March 2022 is available below and is divided into two parts. Contact the library with your reserve list by emailing the library at eplibmail@yahoo.com or calling 330-426-3778.
Virtual Storytime via Google Meet is offered on Mondays at 11:00 AM. This program for toddlers and preschool-age children features stories, music, movement, and games.
Please email eplibmail@yahoo.com to register to receive the Google Meet code. If you have a Storytime Kit, please have it nearby to participate in the program.

Discover the story behind How Santa Got His Job, by Stephen Krensky in the library's Christmas Story Stroll. The story is displayed in front of the library building. After you complete the story, stop in the library for a candy cane and more Christmas stories to share with your family.
The Friends of the East Palestine Memorial Public Library will host a Gingerbread House Display and Contest at the library as a part of the Snowflake Festival on Saturday, December 4 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Gingerbread Houses will be on display at the library from Wednesday, December 1 to Saturday, December 4.
Family and individual prizes will be judged by members of the Friends of the Library. Judging for People's Choice will take place during display times by the public.

In honor of Halloween, East Palestine Library is offering a Story Stroll with the book, We're Off to Find the Witch's House by Mr. Kreib on the South Lawn of the Library near the digital sign. Visit the stroll with your children during Halloween weekend, or the week after Halloween until Saturday, November 6, 2021. Goody bags will be available for participants while supplies last. A scavenger hunt for a chance to win a prize will also be offered. Happy Halloween from East Palestine Library!
