MedicAlert + Alzheimer’s Association Safe Return Friday, June 21 1:00 p.m.– 4:00 p.m . Six out of ten people with Alzheimer’s will wander. Those affected by the disease and their caregiver can register for this 24-Hour Emergency Service. Participants are asked to bring a photo of their loved one and a list of their medications. Fifteen minute appointments are available by calling the library at 330-426-3778. Ohio First Ladies– Wednesday, June 19 at 6:00 p.m. Members of the Salem Preservation Society will be in character as First Ladies married to presidents from Ohio. We expect Ginger Grilli (Florence Harding), Arlene Schwartz (Julia Dent Grant), Janis Yereb (Caroline Harrison), Patty Eaton (Ida Saxton McKinley), and Delilah Willacaw (Lucy Webb Hayes) to perform. Worm Composting, Food Recycling Made Easy Monday, June 24 at 1:00 p.m. Columbiana County Master Gardeners will share information about food recycling, how to build your own worm composting bin, and more.
