Additional wireless access points have been installed throughout the building to insure better coverage, and better access to a wireless connection when patrons visit the library. The design of the poster is a mystery! Keep adding stickers to reveal the picture. Stream and Download Movies, TV Shows, Audiobooks and eBooks Using Your Library Card Hoopla is a program that allows East Palestine Memorial Public Library patrons to use their library account to electronically borrow movies, TV episodes, music, ebooks, and audiobooks, and access them from any compatible device. Unlike other streaming audio and video services, patrons do not pay a monthly subscription fee making hoopla the first app of its kind. The app is designed for users of all ages and skill levels, and is as easy to navigate as the library shelves. Best of all, with mobile devices, hoopla allows you to take the library with you wherever you go. At the program, participants will get a chance to taste a variety of coffee from around the world . History of the 104th Ohio Regiment Tuesday, February 19 at 6:00 p.m. Timothy Brookes of the East Liverpool Historical Society will speak about the 104th Ohio Regiment in the Civil War which included four companies from Columbiana County. The 104th Ohio Regiment won the most medals of honor awarded to a single regiment. Beginning Pastels Class Ages 18 & Up Fridays in January from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Learn soft pastels in four sessions taught by Beverly Whalen on January 4, 11, 18, and 25. Each week will focus on a different topic including clouds, trees, sunsets, and finally putting these elements together to create a fantastic landscape. Registration is limited to 12.
